Speaking About Silence

Join Rabbi Sheila Weinberg in exploring what it means to experience silence and meditation in a Jewish context.  What is this all about?  It is about choosing to be silent; we choose to set an intention to limit distraction, we choose to create an oasis in the midst of the constant barrage of input in our lives.  Silence is a structure that helps us cultivate awareness of what is happening in the moment.
